Deed - $400 - Includes: Deed (Quit Claim, Transfer-on-Death, or Life Estate), Recording Fee, Transfer Stamp Fee, Online Notarization, and Unlimited Attorney Consultation. 

Power of Attorney - $350 - Includes: Financial and Medical Power of Attorney, Online Notarization, and Unlimited Attorney Consultation.

Additional Deed(s) - $400/ea - Recommended for those who would like to add on a Transfer-on-Death Instrment or who have multiple properties that they would like to fund into a trust.
