Joint Trust Package - $5,000 - Includes: Joint Revocable Living Trust or (2) Individual Trusts, (2) Pour-Over Wills, (2) Powers of Attorney (Financial and Medical), (2) Healthcare Directives, (2) Funeral Directives, (2) Personal Property Memorandums, Transfer of (1) Real Estate Property to Trust, Full Trust Funding, Online Notarization, Estate Planning Portfolio, and Unlimited Attorney Consultation.

DIY Estate Plan Review (Individual) - $750 - Includes: Full review and redlining of previously drafted estate planning documents (trust, will, powers of attorney, etc.) and one (1) hour review session with attorney.

DIY Estate Plan Review (Joint) - $1,000 - Includes: Full review and redlining of previously drafted estate planning documents (trust, will, powers of attorney, etc.) and one (1) hour review session with attorney.

Deed - $400 - Includes: Deed (Quit Claim, Transfer-on-Death, or Life Estate), Recording Fee, Transfer Stamp Fee, Online Notarization, and Unlimited Attorney Consultation.

Special Needs Planning - $2,000 - Recommended for individuals or family members with special needs.

Additional Deed (In addition to deed included with service) - $400/Each

Document Review - $500 - Recommended for those who would like us to take a look at prior estate planning documents, business agreements, or other documents.

Transfer-on-Death Instrument - $400 - Designating beneficiaries on real estate.
